Going Beyond a Round Tuit: The 8 Steps
Twelve weeks walking step by step through Begin Within all the way to The Power of Community. Everything that follows builds on the ground you cover here.
Seven workbooks. Forty-eight weeks. One honest, unhurried path through every dimension of who you are. Walk it alone, with a friend, or in a small group at Doc's Place.
Everyone begins with The 8 Steps — twelve weeks walking through the book together. It's the soil the other six grow in.
After the foundation, the six dimension workbooks are six weeks each. Take them in the order your Snapshot suggests, pick the one that's tugging at you, or simply join whichever class is currently running and fits your schedule.
One class a week (in person or online), plus about thirty minutes of workbook on your own, six days a week. Sundays are for rest.
Walk it however suits you. We host classes at Doc's Place; you can also pace through any workbook on your own or with one trusted friend.
The foundation workbook lays the groundwork the rest is built on. The six dimension workbooks each go deep on one part of you — emotional, mental, physical, vocational, social, financial.

Six weeks tending the inner life. Naming what you feel and where it lives in your body, listening for what it's telling you, and honing the deeper work of personal identity — who you are underneath the feelings, and who you're becoming.
Six weeks on the small repeated practices that quietly run your life. Identifying the helpful ones, untangling the unhelpful ones, and building rhythms you can keep.
Six weeks honoring the body you actually have. Movement, rest, food, and sleep — without the shame and without the hype. Your body has been carrying you. Time to listen.
Six weeks on what you do all day — and whether it's still right for the person you're becoming. Calling, capacity, and the slow honest work of choosing your work.
Six weeks on the people in your life — the ones you have, the ones you miss, the ones you long to find. Building the kind of company that makes the path possible.
Six weeks getting honest with money. Not a budgeting bootcamp — a careful, kind look at what you have, what you owe, and what you actually want your money to do for the rest of your life.
The Going Beyond classes run on the honest support of the people walking through them. Twenty dollars a week covers the workbook, the class, and a steady contribution to keeping the lights on.
